The Damme Hills holiday area is situated between Bremen and Osnabrück, in the Oldenburger Münsterland region and in the Dümmer Nature Park.

It comprises the town of Damme and the municipalities of Holdorf, Neuenkirchen-Vörden and Steinfeld.
